1. SMS Program Description

Cape Shield Roofing and Siding Inc. offers the following SMS messaging programs:

• Transactional SMS: Messages related to your account, estimate requests, appointment confirmations, job updates, invoices, and service reminders.
• Promotional SMS: Marketing messages about special offers, seasonal promotions, and updates on our roofing and siding services in Cape Cod.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and service requests. You may receive up to 4–8 messages per month per program.
